As a start-up company utilizing print-on-demand production, each product is custom-made to order. Because items are created specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Products cannot be restocked or resold once produced.

However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we are happy to provide a replacement at no additional cost. To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and work promptly to resolve the matter.
